We charge all personnel with the responsibility to demonstrate safety leadership through a strong, genuine, continuous, and personal commitment to safety. Every employee understands that they have the authority and obligation to stop unsafe work activity and provide feedback to other employees and their supervisor(s).
In addition, FESCO employs ten (10) Train-the-Trainer instructors certified by National Crane School to train employees to properly and safely use truck-mounted cranes, personnel lifts, and Liftmoore cranes. FESCO is a member of PEC, ISNetworld, and Veriforce. We record our company safety and training information in the PEC Standardized Safety Questionnaire, the ISNetworld Management System Questionnaire (MSQ), and Veriforce. We record all safety programs in the ISNetworld Review and Verification safety/training records.

We demonstrate our commitment to safety through safe equipment design/maintenance and rigorous employee training. Our full-time safety department aggressively manages company safety objectives. FESCO employs fifteen (15) instructors certified to teach the National Defensive Driving Course, the Petroleum Educational Council (PEC) Basic Safety Awareness Class, and the Medic-First Aid International Class.
FESCO uses Data Integrity Security Administration (DISA) as its Consortium/Third-Party Administrator to comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), North American Substance Abuse Program (NASP), North American Background Screening Consortium (NABSC), and client drug and alcohol testing requirements.
