In November 2022 FESCO, Ltd. trial tested a 7 1/16” 15K STD xSTD HYD frac valve from an industry partner on a customer’s wellsite to determine the efficacy of the claim the valve does not need to be greased during frac operation. The wellsite was in the Cotulla, TX area on an Eagle Ford Well and the valve was used as a primary isolation valve between the missile and the first zipper, it was actuated each stage.
