FESCO'S COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

Safety Motto:   THINK! SLOW DOWN! GET HELP!

FESCO, Ltd. embraces safety as a core business value and key indicator of corporate excellence. We seek to establish an effective safety culture within FESCO that produces an incident-free and injury-free workplace. We charge all personnel with the responsibility to demonstrate safety leadership through a strong, genuine, continuous, and personal commitment to safety. Every employee understands that they have the authority and obligation to stop unsafe work activity and provide feedback to other employees and their supervisor(s).

Employee and contractor safety is FESCO's primary focus (click here to view our HSE Safety Action Plan). FESCO commits fully to ensuring that its personnel/equipment works safely and effectively at every work site with minimal environmental disturbance. We demonstrate our commitment to safety through safe equipment design/maintenance and rigorous employee training. Our full-time safety department aggressively manages company safety objectives. FESCO employs fifteen (15) instructors certified to teach the National Defensive Driving Course, the Petroleum Educational Council (PEC) Basic Safety Awareness Class, and the Medic-First Aid International Class.

In addition, FESCO employs ten (10) Train-the-Trainer instructors certified by National Crane School to train employees to properly and safely use truck-mounted cranes, personnel lifts, and Liftmoore cranes. FESCO is a member of PEC, ISNetworld, and Veriforce. We record our company safety and training information in the PEC Standardized Safety Questionnaire, the ISNetworld Management System Questionnaire (MSQ), and Veriforce. We record all safety programs in the ISNetworld Review and Verification safety/training records.
