Controller/Financial Manager - Alice, TX:

  • Responsibilities
    1. Direct company's financial planning
    2. Prepare financial reports in line with company requirements
    3. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
    4. Manage the month-end close process
    5. Accounting treatment in accordance with IFRS standards
    6. Review/approve bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
    7. Ensure accurate and timely submission of various tax obligations
    8. Perform all work with a high degree of effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy

  • Qualifications
    1. Able to strictly maintain confidential information
    2. Familiar with general accounting procedures
    3. Strong computer skills in ERP accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
    4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    5. Able to work with others in a positive and collaborative way
    6. Methodical and systematic with strong attention to detail and accuracy
    7. Able to work within and meet strict deadlines
    8. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience
    1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
    2. 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
    3. CPA or equivalent preferred

Experienced Warehouse Specialist - Alice, TX:
Must be dependable, experienced in shipping/receiving freight, certified to operate a forklift, good organizational and computer skills, and have a working knowledge of the following: 1) Oilfield valves; 2) Flowline; 3) Mill supplies; 4) Weld Fittings.

Large Crane Rigger:
Duties include 1) rigging up/down crane lifts performed in conjunction with remote oilfield well site services; 2) Knowledge and efficient use of hand signals used to communicate with the crane operator during crane operations; 3) Maintainance, repair, and QA/QC of crane rigging.

Hydraulic Choke Operators and Helpers:
Operators and helpers for high pressure well flowback operations using hydraulic choke manifolds.

Production Testing Operators and Helpers:
Operators and helpers knowledgeable in separator, heater, and flowback manifold operation.

Slickline Operators and Helpers:
Operators and helpers knowledgeable with hydraulic slickline trucks, lubricators, mast units, wireline valves, pressure pumps and downhole tools. Experience with hydraulic cranes helpful.

Electric Line Engineers and Operators:
Knowledgeable in vertical and horizontal operations. Experience in perforating, logging, pressure control, and small crane helpful.

Electronics Technician-Corpus Christi, TX:
Duties include maintaining/troubleshooting/repairing electronic wireline tools (at a component level) and related computer systems. Requires competent knowledge of Advanced Electricity, Advanced Electronics, Electronic Systems, Electrical Systems, and Computer Systems.

Oilfield Shop Mechanic-Corpus Christi, TX:
Duties include maintaining wireline units, pickups, trailers, hydraulic pumps, generators and other equipment as needed.

E-Line Shop Hand-Corpus Christi, TX:
Duties include but are not limited to the following: 1) Keep shop and washrack areas clean; 2) Cleaning and redressing downhole equipment; 3) Washing field equipment; 4)Restocking inventory. Knowledge of electric line equipment helpful.


All applicants should have good mechanical aptitude, mathematical skills, work ethic and be willing to work overtime as needed. Computer experience is especially helpful. Applicants should have, or be capable of obtaining, a commercial driver license with a hazardous materials endorsement. Must be able to pass a DOT physical (if job requires it), drug and alcohol tests, criminal background check, and a driving record check.
